Inspiration

When you are a person who loves food and think that food is a passion, you get inspiration from nice places you dine at. This Sunday that passed we ate at slottscafeet in slottsparken with our dear friends. There is a picture at the salmon salad in a few posts down. So today I got a craving for something similar.

This is what I made.

Smoked salmon. Boiled potato, serve medium hot. Yellow paprika, cucumber, tomato and red union. The dressing was made by lemon pesto (U can also use regular pesto), fresh lemon juice, olive oil, little garlic and salt.

DELICIOUS!!!!!!!!  try it!!
