Spectacular food

These days have been all about really nice cooking with the best and healthiest ingredients! Fresh fish, nice meet, salads with all kinds of vegetables in it and warm side veggies. To bad I have no pictures!

But I'll tell you this, once you stop eating amounts of sugar and all those carbs you don't need you will notice how your body starts to cleanse it self!! Your skin gets much better and you're not so tired anymore!! With this healthy eating I combine working out, and I'll tell you that it feels GREAT!!!!
